Bill HSB267 regarding licensure of pediatric palliative care center programs are to be known as "Mason's Law." We would be the first state to have a specific "Pediatric Palliative Care Center" license. What we are asking for is modeled closely to Minnesota's legislature and licensing. However, they don't have a "Pediatric Palliative Care Center" license. The National Center for Pediatric Palliative Care Homes is asking for the same changes federally so it's easier to open these kinds of homes.
